To Change your blogger blog favicon to your own desirable favicon can be done when your go to blogger and sign in with your blogger blog account or Sign Up if you are a new user or login with your Google Account if you have one.
when you have done any of the above procedure you need to click on the Design link on your blogger blog dashboard then your blog layout will be display to you.
Click on the Edit like

After generating the favicon then upload it using the blogger favicon upload dialog box
locate the image directory
click on the image
and click on the open button on the windox upload dialog box
then finally click on save on the blogger favicon configuration box
